01 — ARRIVAL
A QR code is on the attendant's screen before anything is typed. The guest scans it while handing over the keys and goes straight inside — no app to install, no account, no email, no paper stub. The digital ticket now lives on their own phone.

02 — ONE PHOTO, NOT A FORM
One photo of the vehicle. Recognition reads the make, the model, the colour and the licence plate off the image and fills the check-in itself. The attendant confirms instead of typing — which is how a car goes in under fifteen seconds at the curb.
03 — PARKED
Whoever is free drives the car out. They tap the space in the words your venue actually uses — building, level, row, space, or only the parts that exist — and a photo is taken there. It works three levels underground with no signal and syncs itself later.
04 — REQUEST MY CAR
The guest hits Request my car on their ticket — at the table, in the lobby, on the way down. It lands on the attendants' screens within seconds and joins the retrieval queue in strict FIFO on request time. Longest wait on top. Always. No runner picks the order.
05 — HANDOVER
The next attendant in the queue takes the top request, pulls the car and closes the ticket at the curb. Both times are recorded with it — so the fifteen-second promise stays a measurement, not a sales line.
RUNNING THROUGHOUT — THE DIGITAL TICKET
Scanned, checked in, parked, requested, on its way — the ticket updates itself at each stage, so nobody calls the stand to ask. It never shows where the car is parked. That stays inside your operation.
A check-in three levels underground still succeeds. The guest walks away with a scannable ticket and the record syncs itself the moment signal comes back.
Ticket ids are random, never sequential. A sequential id would let a stranger page through your guests, their cars and their parking spaces. The guest's own page never exposes the space either.
Filterable history shows average check-in time and the share of check-ins under fifteen seconds — per venue, per shift, per attendant.
